Because, my children, it is according to God's will that you are and that you exist, and without God's will you are nothing. As a mother, I am asking you to speak about the glory of God with your life because, in that way, you will also glorify yourself in accordance to His will. Show humility and love for your neighbor to everyone. Through such humility and love, my Son saved you and opened the way for you to the Heavenly Father. I implore you to keep opening the way to the Heavenly Father for all those who have not come to know Him and have not opened their hearts to His love. By your life, open the way to all those who still wander in search of the truth. My children, be my apostles who have not lived in vain. Do not forget that you will come before the Heavenly Father and tell Him about yourself. Be ready! The prayerful and supportive effort of The MIR Group, the Men of MIR and many prayer groups and ministries in the archdiocese for the 1st Concert on Friday Evening May 4, 2012 at the Lafreniere Park Pavillion was a SPIRIT FILLED SUCCESS!!
This evening featured a variety of Catholic musical talent including: Kitty Cleveland Greg Boudreaux and Communion of the Restless Mark Griswold's Praise and Worship Experience and Special Guests: Father John Jesus Moloney from Laredo, Texas Deacon Jean Paul Prat from Lyons, France
The people came with their families and friends, their chairs and blankets, their picnic baskets, and their open hearts! The night was a beautiful night of celebrating our Catholic faith in song! Over 300 of the faithful joined us!!

Testimony of Margarita Rodriguez
This is a Testimony by Margarita Rodrigues, who is now sharing with us a Healing she received when Medjugorje visionary Ivan visited her parish.
I want to share with you some wonderful news of the day we had in our church Saint Brendan's the visit of Medjugorje visionary Ivan and the apparition of the Blessed Mother.
On that day Our Lady asked her Son Jesus to take care of me. My big problem is that I have been short of breath- and that is because of my operation which was back in 1987. The doctor had to remove half of my diaphragm and since then I have been very short of breath, but about a year ago I became much worst, and my right lung collapsed.
I went to a specialist a Doctor of Pulmonary disease and he sent me to do a Scan, and also a test to see how my oxygen level was. The test showed that I had less than 60% function in my lung. So I was really bad, with my shortness of breath, I have to sleep with 3 pillows to be able to sleep, and when I am doing my housework I do it, and then I have to rest.
The doctor told me I am sorry Margarita I can do nothing more to help you, you have to live with this condition the best way you can.
I accepted what the doctor told me and that was fine and then I offered to Our Lord the little I have to offer Him.
I said to Jesus, I offer the little that I have to You because You have suffered so much for us, and our sins and You continue your suffering for us..
When I went to my church to talk to Father Fernando Heria with my friend Mary Fernandez and her husband Manolo to discuss the preparation of the day IVAN was coming to Miami and the Apparition of Our Blessed Mother. It was then that Father Fernando asked me to pray and lead the Rosary. I said yes of course -and I was so happy- but then I was worried because of my acute shortness of breath and my cough.
Fr. Basil Burns could not understand the standing ovation that he received after reading this poem as his homily while in Medjugorje. I do! Listen to it and you will, too! It deals with the problem that so many things we do seem so unfair -- things we did not choose.

It was kind of a rare thing for her to be on a secular media show. She was incredible. The glow of God was emanating out of her face and did not stop. It is so beautiful. There could not be a question that she has seen Our Lady for these past years on a daily basis after watching her.

The Sojourners of the Burning Heart is a prayer based youth group made up of teens and young adults. For the past four years, the Sojourners have had the tremendous blessing and opportunity to travel to Medugorje, in Bosnia-Herzegovina, where apparitions of the Blessed Mother have been appearing to six visionaries for the past 28 years. On top of this trip, the Sojourners also have prayer meetings several times a month to keep the fire flowing. A great devotion to the Blessed Mother has grown within the group, and the Sojourners have looked to Our Lady in prayer so that the group may come closer to Jesus Christ, through His Blessed Mother.
